À l'aide de propranolol en collaboration avec la rifampicine peut diminuer les effets du propranolol. MONITEUR: la Rifampicine peut diminuer les concentrations sériques et les effets de certains par voie orale des bêta-bloquants. Le mécanisme proposé est augmenté du CYP450 le métabolisme oxydatif de la bêta-bloquants qui sont hepatically métabolisé. Excrétées par voie rénale bêta-bloquants tels que l'aténolol, carteolol, nadolol, ou sotalol ne sont pas prévu pour interagir.

GESTION: les Patients doivent être surveillés de la réponse clinique et de la tolérance lorsque la rifampicine est ajouté ou supprimé à partir d'un bêta-bloquant régime. Le bêta-bloquant, la posologie peut nécessiter un ajustement.
