Consommateur:

Utilisation de l'abciximab en collaboration avec l'urokinase, peuvent vous faire saigner plus facilement. Vous mai besoin d'un ajustement de la dose en plus de tester votre temps de prothrombine ou Rapport International Normalisé (RIN). Appelez votre médecin sans tarder si vous avez des saignements inhabituels ou des ecchymoses, des vomissements, du sang dans votre urine ou des selles, des maux de tête, des étourdissements ou des faiblesses. Il est important de dire à votre médecin tous les autres médicaments que vous utilisez, y compris les vitamines et les herbes. Ne cessez pas d'utiliser tout médicament sans en parler d'abord à votre médecin.

SURVEILLER de PRÈS: Le but et les effets non intentionnels de la glycoprotéine IIb/IIIa, des inhibiteurs et des agents thrombolytiques sont additifs, tels qu'il existe une augmentation de la fréquence des complications hémorragiques majeures, y compris une hémorragie intracrânienne, hémorragie rétropéritonéale, spontanée gastro-intestinal (GI) et de l'appareil génito-urinaire (GU) des saignements chez les patients recevant à la fois des agents par rapport au risque associé à l'utilisation d'un agent seul. Dans un essai clinique, le risque de saignement accru de double lorsque l'abciximab a été donné après une dose complète de thrombolytiques, tandis que d'autres études n'ont pas rapporté une augmentation du risque. Des décès ont eu lieu. Ponction artérielle sites peuvent être plus problématiques.

GESTION: Il est recommandé que ces médicaments peuvent être utilisés uniquement lorsque cela est indiqué par le personnel qualifié qui sont qualifiés et équipés pour détecter et traiter les complications hémorragiques. Le succès de l'utilisation de la thérapie de combinaison avec de la glycoprotéine IIb/IIIa, des inhibiteurs et des doses réduites de thrombolytiques a été signalé dans les essais cliniques. Les Patients doivent être étroitement surveillés pour des signes de saignement, en particulier au ponction artérielle sites. Thrombolytique et/ou inhibiteur de la glycoprotéine le traitement doit être interrompu immédiatement en cas de sérieux ou saignement se produit.
